Let it be known that a Council of Officers governs Blades of Law. Although by EQ rules we are required to have a guild leader, this position is no more influential than any other. A council is chosen to ensure that no single person or entity has inappropriate sway over the direction and decisions that affect the guild. All officers will have input regarding policy or direction of the guild.

Duties
1) Maintain guild policy.
2) Organize guild activity including: raid coordination, recruiting, inter-guild relationships, dispute arbitration, and discipline.

3) Uphold the code of Conduct. The actions of her members define BoL; leading by example is paramount.
4) Address the needs and direction of BoL and her membership.
